Details of the Job/Internship

Century Real Estate Holdings Pvt Ltd is hiring for the position of Legal Counsel – Real Estate (Drafting Specialist) with 5+ years of experience to join their office in Bengaluru. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of real estate contracts, including:
  • Sale deeds
  • Lease agreements
  • Joint Development Agreements (JDAs)
  • Memoranda of Understanding (MoUs)
  • Term sheets
  • Ancillary documents
• Ensure that all agreements are compliant with applicable real estate, land, and municipal laws.
• Conduct legal due diligence and advise on real estate transactions, regulatory clearances, and title verification.
• Coordinate with external legal counsel, government departments, and internal teams for document execution and approvals.
• Assist in dispute resolution, litigation management, and preemptive legal risk mitigation.
• Stay up-to-date with changes in property, RERA, and development-related laws and regulations.
• Provide legal insights to support deal structuring and strategic business decisions.

Eligibility

• LLB or LLM from a reputed institution.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in real estate legal drafting and contract negotiation.
• Expertise in property laws, RERA, land acquisition laws, and contract law.
• Strong skills in legal drafting, structuring complex agreements, and legal analysis.
• Ability to independently handle multiple transactions and stakeholders.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Experience with real estate companies, law firms, or consulting firms handling real estate projects.

Salary/Stipend
