Details of the Job/Internship

Adani Realty is hiring a Legal Counsel with expertise in real estate law to join their Mumbai office.

Role and Responsibilities

• Advise on real estate acquisitions, leases, joint ventures, and development agreements.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and legal documents.
• Ensure adherence to regulations such as RERA, stamp duty, municipal rules, and redevelopment laws.
• Handle litigation and dispute resolution related to property and tenancy.
• Conduct due diligence on property acquisitions and advise on zoning and title clearance.
• Collaborate with internal teams including project, finance, and business development.
• Liaise with external counsel, government authorities, and regulatory bodies.
• Identify and mitigate legal risks.

Eligibility

• LL.B. or LL.M. from a recognized university.
• Strong knowledge of property laws, RERA, SRA laws, and municipal regulations.
• Fluency in Marathi preferred.
