Details of the Job/Internship

Curefit is hiring a Legal Counsel – Real Estate with experience of 6–8 years to join their office in Bengaluru.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft, review, analyse, and negotiate various real estate contracts, including interaction with landlords.
• Prepare legal documents such as LOIs, term sheets, POAs, affidavits, indemnity bonds, letters of authority, renewal and termination letters, and commercial contracts.
• Liaise with internal teams, consultants, and external legal counsels on legal, regulatory, and compliance matters.
• Review, analyse, and draft responses for litigation, alternative dispute resolution, and consumer disputes, and coordinate with external counsels.
• Conduct legal research and provide updates on laws, advising internal stakeholders on regulatory changes and their business impact.
• Maintain a repository of all ongoing matters, including contracts, disputes, litigation, and arbitrations.
• Assist the legal team with tasks as delegated from time to time.

Eligibility

6–8 years of experience in a similar role post LL.B. qualification.
