Details of the Job/Internship

LIVBNB Holiday Homes is hiring an In-House Legal Counsel – Real Estate to support its expanding operations in Dubai. The role involves providing hands-on legal support across Dubai real estate and holiday homes matters, with a strong focus on regulatory compliance, contract management, and advisory support to business teams.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate tenancy contracts, including Ejari and Dubai real estate agreements.
• Prepare and manage holiday homes agreements, property management contracts, and leasing documentation.
• Draft and review owner agreements, vendor contracts, service agreements, NDAs, MOUs, and commercial contracts.
• Ensure compliance with Dubai Land Department and RERA regulations.
• Provide legal advice on holiday homes operations, real estate transactions, and regulatory matters.
• Draft legal notices, professional correspondence, and formal legal communications.
• Identify legal risks under UAE real estate and tenancy laws and provide practical, business-focused solutions.
• Liaise with external law firms and legal consultants when required.

Eligibility

• Law degree (LLB or equivalent).
• Proven experience as an In-House Legal Counsel or Real Estate Lawyer in Dubai, UAE.
• Strong working knowledge of UAE real estate law, tenancy law, DLD, RERA, and Ejari.
• Mandatory experience in holiday homes, short-term rentals, or real estate and property management.
• Excellent contract drafting, legal writing, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work closely with management in a fast-paced commercial environment.
• Proficiency in spoken Hindi or Urdu is preferred.

Salary/Stipend
