Infosys is hiring a Legal Counsel (Regulatory Compliance) with 4-7 years of experience to join their office in Bengaluru.
Role and Responsibilities
- Collaborate with ERM, Quality Team, Delivery Leadership, Delivery Risk Management Team and Sales Account Team to assess risks and support the development and implementation of a vertical compliance program.
- Review and advise on the design and implementation of SOPs and guidelines.
- Coordinate with the compliance program team, ERM, Delivery Team, Quality Team and external SMRs to develop and implement the compliance framework.
- Provide guidance on compliance-related queries from client engagements and participate in discussions to gather inputs for vertical compliance questionnaires.
- Conduct risk assessments of downstream processes to evaluate compliance adherence.
- Assist in reviewing customer contracts and related documents to identify contractual obligations.
- Interpret contractual clauses, laws and regulations relevant to specific sectors or verticals.
- Serve as the legal SPOC for the vertical compliance program team on compliance framework and governance.
- Assist in designing compliance certification frameworks.
- Contribute to designing, organising and participating in sectoral compliance training and workshops.
Eligibility
Qualified lawyer with a minimum of 4 years’ experience in the relevant domain.
