PrimEra Medical Technologies is looking for a candidate for the position of Legal Counsel / Senior Legal Counsel.

Role and Responsibilities

• The responsibilities of a Legal Consultant include drafting legal documents, demand letters, and complaints drafting.
• Draft and solidify agreements, contracts, and other legal documents to ensure the company’s full legal rights
• Knowledge of US Federal Laws
• Should have strong communication skills, be able to manage a large workload with a tight deadline, and remain up-to-date with laws.
• Working with Onsite Counterparts/Leadership team.
• Comfortable to work in Shifts.
• Deal with complex matters with multiple stakeholders and forces.

Eligibility

Experience 0 to 5 Years with a Masters degree in LLM.
L.L.M from USA Law School is Mandatory.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
