Details of the Job/Internship

PrimEra Medical Technologies is hiring Legal Counsel/Sr Legal Counsel with experience of 0 to 5 years to join their office in Hyderabad. 

Role and Responsibilities

• The responsibilities of a Legal Consultant include drafting legal documents, demand letters, and complaints drafting.
• Draft and solidify agreements, contracts, and other legal documents to ensure the company's full legal rights.

Eligibility

• Knowledge of US Federal Laws.
• Should have strong communication skills, be able to manage a large workload with a tight deadline, and remain up-to-date with laws.
• Working with Onsite Counterparts/Leadership team.
• Comfortable to work in Shifts.
• Deal with complex matters with multiple stakeholders and forces.
• Experience 0 to 5 Years with a Masters degree in LLM.
• L.L.M from US/UK Law School is Mandatory.

Salary/Stipend
