Details of the Job/Internship

Methodica Technologies is hiring a Legal Counsel – Technology & Commercial Contracts with experience of 3–7 years to join their India-based remote team.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft and review supplier and client technology contracts including MSAs, SOWs, NDAs, and vendor agreements.
• Handle labour law matters including employment contracts, non-competes, and contractor agreements.
• Manage cross-border commercial agreements between US and India entities.
• Conduct supplier onboarding and legal due diligence.
• Review IP, software licensing, and hardware supply contracts.

Eligibility

• LLB/LLM with 3–7 years of experience in commercial or technology law.
• Strong background in Indian labour law and technology contracts.
• Experience with non-compete and confidentiality agreements.
• Comfortable working across US time zones.
• Excellent written English.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
