Details of the Job/Internship
Bureau is hiring a Legal Counsel with 2–3 years of experience to join their office in Bengaluru.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of commercial contracts including SaaS, data protection, reseller, partnership, and vendor agreements.
- Provide business-oriented legal advice to internal stakeholders.
- Advise on employment law, intellectual property, and product-related matters.
- Liaise with external counsel and manage legal workflows.
- Maintain legal trackers, MIS, and document management systems.
- Conduct legal research and support broader legal projects.
- Identify and implement process improvements.
Eligibility
- LL.B. from a recognized law school in India.
- 2–3 years of post-qualification experience in a start-up, reg-tech, fintech, bank, or MNC.
- Strong background in commercial and employment law.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office and modern productivity tools.
- High integrity, accountability, and a solution-oriented mindset.
