Details of the Job/Internship

Chakr Innovation is hiring a Legal Counsel with 2+ years of experience to join their office in Gurugram.

Role and Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice on corporate matters, contracts, employment law, IP, compliance, and criminal law.
• Draft, review, and negotiate agreements and contracts.
• Conduct legal research and analysis.
• File and manage civil/criminal complaints.
• Identify and mitigate legal risks with internal departments.
• Manage external legal resources.
• Liaise with authorities and regulatory bodies to ensure legal compliance.
• Monitor changes in applicable laws and regulations.
• Assist in developing and implementing company policies.

Eligibility

• Minimum 2 years of experience in corporate law or a related field, preferably in a law firm or in-house.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Salary/Stipend
