Contract Bazaar is hiring a Legal Counsel with 3–4 years of experience to work at their Noida office.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft and review agreements including NDAs, employment contracts, service agreements, and policies.
- Provide legal advice and manage client communication.
- Vet internal and external documents for compliance and risk.
- Support and mentor junior team members.
- Manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines.
Eligibility
- LL.B. degree (LL.M. preferred).
- 3–4 years of experience in corporate law or contract work.
- Strong drafting, reviewing, and communication skills.
- Experience with startups or MSMEs is a plus.
