OngoleBulls Invest Pvt Ltd is hiring a Legal Counsel – Commercial Courts & Real Estate Litigation Expert with 7–12 years of experience to join their Hyderabad office.
Role and Responsibilities
- Advise on legal strategy for commercial court suits above ₹3 crore under the Commercial Courts Act, 2015.
- Vet, draft, and file sale agreements, MoUs, joint development agreements, investor contracts, and transfer petitions.
- Coordinate litigation, including damage suits, injunctions, interlocutory applications, and High Court matters.
- Liaise with legal chambers, senior advocates, and external counsel.
- Conduct legal due diligence, title verification, and risk assessment for real estate deals.
- Handle disputes arising from development delays, fraudulent transactions, and unregistered deeds.
- Draft and review investment MoUs, SPV agreements, NDAs, and escrow terms.
- Guide on jurisdiction, forum selection, and impleading third parties.
- Monitor contract milestones, compliance, stamp duty, and court fee processes.
Eligibility
- LL.B. from a reputed institution; LL.M. preferred.
- 7–12 years’ experience in commercial litigation, contract enforcement, and real estate dispute resolution.
- Demonstrated expertise with Commercial Courts Act, 2015 and suits over ₹3 crore.
