Tradologie.com is hiring a Legal Counsel to join their office in Noida.

Role and Responsibilities

• Provide legal counsel on corporate, labor, partnership, and international laws.
• Draft, review, and negotiate agreements and contracts.
• Monitor compliance with legal and regulatory frameworks.
• Conduct internal audits and implement governance policies.
• Handle disputes and devise defense strategies.
• Liaise with regulators, public authorities, and external counsel.
• Provide training on legal best practices.
• Develop proactive strategies to manage legal risks.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in law from a recognized university.
• Experience in a corporate legal role, preferably in B2B, SaaS, or trading sectors.
• Strong understanding of corporate law and governance.

Salary/Stipend
