Details of the Job/Internship
AAA Global is hiring a Legal Counsel with experience of 5+ years to join a dynamic in-house legal team supporting a global financial services organization.
Role and Responsibilities
- Provide legal support to internal business teams on commercial and operational matters.
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial and transactional agreements.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and mitigate legal and regulatory risks.
- Work with other in-house counsel and external law firms on specialized legal matters.
- Support compliance, governance, and legal risk management processes.
- Assist in developing and implementing internal legal policies and best practices.
Eligibility
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) or an equivalent law degree.
- Qualified and admitted to practice with any United States State Bar.
- Minimum of 5+ years of legal experience, preferably in a law firm or in-house environment.
- Strong experience in drafting and negotiating commercial agreements.
- Excellent legal research, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced business environment.
