ABB is hiring a Legal Counsel to join their office in Singapore.

Role and Responsibilities
- Providing local legal support in Singapore for Electrification Business.
- Independently reviewing and redlining of sales contracts, procurement Contracts, and risk assessment of contracts in line with ABB corporate guidelines.
- Providing internal training on contractual and integrity topics.
- Integrity and the formulation, interpretation and implementation of ABB policies to ensure consistency and compliance with applicable local laws.
- Support in the improvement or development of legal processes, due diligence and legal productivity, simplicity, and standardization, reflecting the country-specific requirements.
- Managing and coordinating litigation and employment disputes in close collaboration with the relevant stakeholders.
- Supporting ABB Integrity program and Integrity initiatives in close collaboration with the Corporate Counsel and Regional General Counsel.
Eligibility
- Legal degree from an accredited law school with a demonstrated superior academic record
- You have experience with internationally recognized law firms and/or multinational companies.
- You are hands-on in business partnering and with a solution-oriented mindset.
- Experience in handling and coordinating litigation and employment disputes is preferred.
- Strong leadership capabilities particularly in coordinating with cross-functional and cross-country teams in complex transactions.
- Experience in negotiating regional master agreements is preferred.
- You are at least in communicating in English, includingthe ability to draft and negotiate legal and corporate documents in English.
