Details of the Job/Internship
ACT Group is hiring a Legal Counsel with experience of 4 to 6 years to join their office in Amsterdam.
Role and Responsibilities
- Providing advice regarding commercial contracts and complex projects working closely with the Senior Legal Counsel and Legal Manager on these topics;
- Being involved in the drafting of sale and purchase agreements, service and project agreements, and NDA’s;
- Drafting, negotiating, standardizing, and optimizing contracts.
Eligibility
- 4-6 years of experience in an international law firm or in-house;
- International transaction (M&A, real estate, etc.) or project experience;
- Excellent (commercial) contract drafting skills;
- Excellent knowledge and use of English;
- Self-starter mentality, good at working independently and in a team;
- Entrepreneurial spirit, positive mindset, commercially minded, loves a fast-paced environment;
- High attention to detail and ability to act swiftly on the spot.
