Adab Singh Kapoor & Associates is hiring for the position of Legal Counsel.
Vacancy: 1 (One)
Role and Responsibilities
- Filings of petitions/appeals and miscellaneous applications on behalf of the firm's clients in the concerned courts in Bengaluru.
- Representation on behalf of the firm's clients in the Courts of Bengaluru, including the High Court of Karnataka at Bengaluru, under the instructions of the firm's Proprietor, who is also an Advocate on Record (AOR) in the Supreme Court of India.
- Assisting in procurement of certified copies, filing process fee, and other such procedural requirements as may arise from time to time in the courts of Bengaluru.
Eligibility
Education: LLB degree or its equivalent
Post Qualification Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of previous litigation experience/practice in the concerned courts in Bengaluru including the High Court of Karnataka at Bengaluru. Prior experience in Family Law.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
