Aditi Consulting is hiring for the position of Legal Counsel with 5-7 years of experience to join them in their Bengaluru office. 

Role and Responsibilities

• The position is for a Legal Counsel with a minimum of five years of experience specializing in technology regulation, including data privacy.
• Preferred candidates should have experience in top-tier law firms or in-house positions at technology product companies (e.g., Amazon, Google, Microsoft).
• The role involves reviewing technology regulation issues, managing litigation and disputes, and working cross-functionally.
• Ability to work well with different stakeholders.
• Mandatory educational qualifications: LLB or Company Secretary.
• The candidate will primarily work on analyzing new technology regulations, managing the litigation portfolio, and handling special projects related to technology laws.
• No employment-related legal issues will be handled by this role.

Eligibility

• Experience - 5-7 Years.
• Duration – 12 months.
• Location – Bengaluru 3 days WFO.
• Shift - General Shift.
