Role and Responsibilities

The Legal Counsel will be responsible for handling legal issues, contract negotiation, legal document preparation, and providing legal advice as part of their day-to-day tasks.

Eligibility

• Law and Legal Issues skills.
• Contract Negotiation and Legal Document Preparation skills.
• Ability to provide sound Legal Advice.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Experience in the technology industry is a plus.
• Law degree and Bar admission required.

Salary/Stipend
