Aeroprime Group is hiring a Legal Counsel with strong expertise in legal drafting, compliance, litigation, and statutory filings.

Role and Responsibilities

Offer legal guidance and advice to internal teams.
Clarify legal language and simplify documentation for internal use.
Ensure the company complies with all legal and regulatory standards.
Draft and review legal contracts and documents.
Oversee general legal operations across the organisation.
Review business and tax strategies to identify risks or opportunities.
Negotiate settlement terms when required.
Calculate potential business risks and provide mitigation strategies.
Draft patents and trademarks.
Guide management through litigation processes as needed.

Eligibility

Strong knowledge of legal terminology, legislation practices, and corporate law.
Understanding of legal defense strategies and compliance frameworks.
Experience in crisis management and handling complex legal matters.
Ability to think critically, multitask, and communicate effectively.
Experience drafting legal documents preferred.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and judgment skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
