Airtel Payments Bank is hiring a Corporate Lawyer with expertise in agreement vetting and drafting to join their legal team in Gurugram.

Role and Responsibilities

• Independent review of medium to high complexity agreements.
• Monitor legal updates and conduct impact analysis.
• Draft agreements in compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Negotiate agreements with partners.
• Assist in standardizing drafts.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to close agreements.
• Maintain the contract management tool.
• Provide day-to-day legal advisory to internal stakeholders.

Eligibility

• LLB (Preferably 5-year integrated course).
• 7–8 years of experience (preferably from a law firm).
• Experience in agreement vetting and negotiation.
• Good command over English (speaking, writing, and comprehension).
• Proactive, business-friendly, and collaborative.
• Strong time management and stakeholder management skills.

Salary/Stipend
