Airtel Payments Bank is hiring a Corporate Lawyer with expertise in agreement vetting and drafting to join their legal team in Gurugram.
Role and Responsibilities
- Independent review of medium to high complexity agreements.
- Monitor legal updates and conduct impact analysis.
- Draft agreements in compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Negotiate agreements with partners.
- Assist in standardizing drafts.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to close agreements.
- Maintain the contract management tool.
- Provide day-to-day legal advisory to internal stakeholders.
Eligibility
- LLB (Preferably 5-year integrated course).
- 7–8 years of experience (preferably from a law firm).
- Experience in agreement vetting and negotiation.
- Good command over English (speaking, writing, and comprehension).
- Proactive, business-friendly, and collaborative.
- Strong time management and stakeholder management skills.
Salary/Stipend
