Details of the Job/Internship

Airtel Payments Bank is hiring for the position of Legal Counsel with 7-8 years of experience to join their office in Gurugram.

Role and Responsibilities

• Independently review and draft medium to high complexity agreements.
• Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations; conduct impact analysis and incorporate relevant provisions into drafts.
• Negotiate agreements with partners and counterparties.
• Assist in standardizing templates and legal documentation across the organization.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely closure of agreements.
• Maintain and update the contract management system.
• Provide day-to-day legal advisory support to business teams and other internal stakeholders.

Eligibility

Educational Qualification

• LL.B. (preferably a 5-year integrated course).

Work Experience

• 7–8 years of relevant experience, preferably with a law firm background.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
