Details of the Job/Internship

AiSensy is hiring a Legal Executive with experience of 3–5 years to support its legal, compliance, and contract management functions.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate SaaS agreements, client contracts, vendor agreements, partnership agreements, NDAs, and service agreements.
• Ensure contracts comply with company policies, applicable laws, and regulatory frameworks.
• Manage the end-to-end contract lifecycle, including amendments, renewals, and documentation.
• Provide legal guidance to sales, partnerships, finance, HR, and operations teams.
• Identify legal risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with corporate, commercial, and technology-related laws.
• Support implementation of internal legal policies and governance frameworks.
• Track regulatory changes and assess their impact on operations.
• Maintain legal documentation, contracts repository, and corporate records.
• Assist with company registrations, licenses, filings, and statutory compliance.
• Support handling of legal notices, disputes, and litigation matters.
• Coordinate with external legal counsel when required.
• Assist with board documentation, compliance filings, and internal policies.
• Support due diligence processes for partnerships, investments, and collaborations.

Eligibility

• LLB (Bachelor of Laws) from a recognised university.
• 3–5 years of experience in legal roles, preferably in corporate, technology, SaaS, or startup environments.
• Experience in contract drafting, commercial agreements, and regulatory compliance.
• Good understanding of corporate laws, contract laws, and technology-related legal frameworks.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with SaaS agreements, technology contracts, and partnership agreements is preferred.
• Familiarity with data privacy regulations, IT laws, and digital platform compliance is preferred.
• Prior experience in high-growth startups or in-house legal teams is preferred.
