Details of the Job/Internship
AiSensy is hiring a Legal Executive with experience of 3–5 years to support its legal, compliance, and contract management functions.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate SaaS agreements, client contracts, vendor agreements, partnership agreements, NDAs, and service agreements.
- Ensure contracts comply with company policies, applicable laws, and regulatory frameworks.
- Manage the end-to-end contract lifecycle, including amendments, renewals, and documentation.
- Provide legal guidance to sales, partnerships, finance, HR, and operations teams.
- Identify legal risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with corporate, commercial, and technology-related laws.
- Support implementation of internal legal policies and governance frameworks.
- Track regulatory changes and assess their impact on operations.
- Maintain legal documentation, contracts repository, and corporate records.
- Assist with company registrations, licenses, filings, and statutory compliance.
- Support handling of legal notices, disputes, and litigation matters.
- Coordinate with external legal counsel when required.
- Assist with board documentation, compliance filings, and internal policies.
- Support due diligence processes for partnerships, investments, and collaborations.
Eligibility
- LLB (Bachelor of Laws) from a recognised university.
- 3–5 years of experience in legal roles, preferably in corporate, technology, SaaS, or startup environments.
- Experience in contract drafting, commercial agreements, and regulatory compliance.
- Good understanding of corporate laws, contract laws, and technology-related legal frameworks.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with SaaS agreements, technology contracts, and partnership agreements is preferred.
- Familiarity with data privacy regulations, IT laws, and digital platform compliance is preferred.
- Prior experience in high-growth startups or in-house legal teams is preferred.
