Al Ramsy Advocates and Legal Consultancy is hiring a Legal Counsel to join their office in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The role involves providing legal advice, assisting with contract negotiations, preparing legal documents, analysing legal issues, managing compliance matters, and supporting dispute resolution processes while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Role and Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive legal advice on various legal matters.
- Assist with contract negotiations and draft and review legal agreements.
- Prepare and manage legal documentation and related workflows.
- Analyse complex legal issues and provide sound legal advice.
- Manage compliance matters and ensure adherence to applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
- Support dispute resolution processes.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including clients and regulatory authorities.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law (LL.B. or LL.M.).
- Appropriate licensure to practise legal work in the UAE.
- Fluency in English is required.
- Knowledge of Arabic is highly beneficial.
- Familiarity with Emirati legal and regulatory frameworks is advantageous.
