Details of the Job/Internship
Alyke is hiring a Legal Counsel with 1–3 years of experience to join its office in South Extension, Delhi.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft and review contracts, including MOUs, NDAs, MSAs, and sale-purchase agreements.
- Ensure compliance with corporate laws and industry regulations.
- Prepare summaries, presentations, and briefs of legal matters.
- Review title records, property documents, and handle disputes.
- Provide legal advice on corporate structure, M&A, and secretarial matters.
- Manage disputes, coordinate with external counsel, and liaise with authorities.
- Conduct legal research and track ongoing legal matters and court proceedings.
- Support internal teams and coordinate with professionals such as CA and CS.
Eligibility
- LL.B. from a recognised institution.
- 1–3 years of post-qualification experience as in-house counsel or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of corporate and contract law.
- Familiarity with property documentation, title records, and mutations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in English and Hindi.
- Highly organised with the ability to work independently.
