Details of the Job/Internship
Animaker, Inc is hiring for the position of Legal Counsel with 2-5 years of experience to join their office remotely.
Role and Responsibilities
- Review, draft, negotiate, and close commercial contracts with global clients, vendors, and partners.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and external counterparts to ensure timely and compliant contract execution.
- Conduct legal research on applicable laws and regulations relevant to business operations.
- Provide general corporate and commercial legal advice to internal teams as needed.
Eligibility
- Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB).
- Experience: 2–5 years of relevant experience, preferably as in-house counsel in a technology, IT, or product-based company.
- Solid understanding of contract law, with proven experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements.
- Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written).
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management abilities.
- Detail-oriented, responsive, and reliable in meeting deadlines and follow-ups.
