Details of the Job/Internship

Apeiro is hiring a Legal Counsel to join their office in Abu Dhabi Emirate.

Role and Responsibilities

Legal Advisory

• Provide strategic legal advice to senior management on a wide range of legal matters affecting the company.
• Offer guidance on legal implications of business initiatives and decisions.

Contract Negotiations and Drafting

• Negotiate, draft, and review a variety of commercial agreements, including but not limited to, contracts, partnerships, and vendor agreements.
• Ensure contracts align with legal and business requirements. 

Regulatory Compliance

• Stay abreast of relevant laws and regulations impacting the industry.
• Develop and implement compliance strategies to mitigate legal risks.

Dispute Resolution

• Manage and resolve legal disputes, including litigation and alternative dispute resolution processes.
• Collaborate with external legal counsel as needed.

Intellectual Property

• Oversee the protection of intellectual property rights.
• Manage trademark registrations, patents, and copyrights.

Corporate Governance

• Ensure compliance with corporate governance requirements.
• Support board meetings, annual reports, and other corporate documentation.

Mergers and Acquisitions

• Provide legal support for mergers, acquisitions, and other strategic transactions.
• Conduct due diligence and assess legal risks.

Employee Relations

• Advise on employment law matters, including contracts, terminations, and workplace policies.
• Collaborate with HR on legal aspects of employee relations.
