Details of the Job/Internship
audax is hiring a Legal Counsel with experience of 3–6 years to join their team in a remote role.
Role and Responsibilities
- Assisting with general meetings and coordinating board meetings.
- Preparing agendas, papers, minutes, and resolutions.
- Handling end-to-end company secretarial duties, statutory filings, and governance compliance.
- Reviewing and negotiating NDAs, commercial contracts, and tech inbound procurement agreements.
- Providing legal support on commercial matters including financial services outsourcing and intellectual property.
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to align legal solutions with business needs.
- Assessing legal and business risks and recommending mitigation strategies.
- Drafting and reviewing contracts with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Monitoring regulatory changes and industry best practices.
- Maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Eligibility
- Qualified lawyer with 3–6 years of post-qualification experience.
- Preferably in-house experience in commercial law and company secretarial work.
- Strong understanding of tech inbound procurement agreements.
- Experience negotiating commercial contracts such as MSAs, MTAs, and SOWs.
- Knowledge of financial services outsourcing regulations preferred.
- Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
