Details of the Job/Internship

Aurionpro Solutions Ltd. is hiring for the position of Legal Counsel with 8+ years of experience to join their office in Navi Mumbai. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive legal support across departments.
• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial and transactional agreements.
• Identify potential legal risks and proactively propose risk mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and manage engagements with external legal counsel.
• Ensure organizational compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and policies.
• Participate in contract negotiations and dispute resolution as needed.

Eligibility

• LLB or LLM from a recognized institution.
• Minimum 8 years of legal experience, preferably in an IT or technology company.
• Proven ability to manage and negotiate complex legal transactions.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and legal drafting skills.
• Experience working with both in-house teams and external legal advisors.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
