Avery Dennison is hiring a Legal Counsel with experience of 5 years to join their office in Bengaluru.

Role and Responsibilities

• Responsibilities will include commercial transactions and contracts (e.g.procurement, sales, distribution, partnering, licensing and development agreements), litigation and dispute resolution, product and regulatory compliance,labor/employment, antitrust/competition, import/export and legal matters associated with business transactions and restructurings.

Eligibility

• A degree in law from a reputed university.
• Atleast 5 years of experience of working at both a law firm as well as in a legal role at a multinational company;
• Commercial contract and corporate law experience is required; labor law and IT relatedbwork experience is a significant plus;
• Integrity, professionalism, team player, an eye for detail, an inquisitive mind, a pro-active personality, an ability to prioritize, strategic business acumen, confidence and capability in addressing sensitive and complicated ethical conduct, compliance and personnel-related matters.
• An ability to present well-reasoned options and solutions and influence senior executive management to come to decisions in complex,at times opaque, situations requiring much judgment;
• Ability to travel within the region and work from the office in Peenya.

Salary/Stipend
