Details of the Job/Internship

Azurity Pharmaceuticals is hiring a Legal Counsel with 0–2 years of experience to support its contract management platform, review and negotiate contracts, and provide litigation support. The role includes working with global stakeholders and internal teams across departments such as R&D, IP, and IT to manage contracts, coordinate litigation requirements, and support business functions efficiently.

Role and Responsibilities

• Support and manage contract lifecycle using Ironclad software.
• Review and negotiate domestic and cross-border agreements, CDAs, amendments, and SOWs.
• Liaise with global litigation teams and coordinate with Indian teams for required documentation and E-discovery.
• Interpret contract terms and guide internal stakeholders.
• Maintain legal contracts folders and report on department metrics.
• Manage contract requests, expirations, renewals, and amendments.
• Attend meetings, highlight legal issues, and propose mitigations.
• Perform legal issue identification, risk assessment, and assist with ad-hoc legal projects.

Eligibility

• LL.B from a reputed university.
• 0–2 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in supporting in-house legal departments.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with DocuSign is preferred.
• Tech-savvy with a proactive attitude.

Salary/Stipend
