Details of the Job/Internship

Beyond Venture Partners is hiring for the position of Legal Counsel with 2-4 years of experience to join their office in Noida.

Role and Responsibilities

• Lead and support VC, PE, and M&A transactions across sectors.
• Collaborate with founders, investors, and legal advisors to structure, negotiate, and close deals.
• Provide ongoing legal counsel to portfolio companies and internal teams.

Eligibility

• 2–4 years of PQE, with strong experience in private equity, venture capital, and M&A transactions.
• Proficient in end-to-end deal execution, from term sheets to closing.
• Skilled in conducting due diligence, drafting and negotiating definitive agreements, and managing regulatory compliance.
• Able to thrive in fast-paced deal environments and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
• Working knowledge of applicable corporate and securities laws.

Salary/Stipend
