Details of the Job/Internship
BLS International Services Ltd. is hiring a Legal Counsel with 10–14 years of experience to manage litigation, contracts, labor law compliance, and strategic legal advisory functions.
Role and Responsibilities
- Manage litigation before Supreme Court, High Courts, Civil and Criminal Courts, IBC matters, arbitration, and consumer courts.
- Brief and coordinate with law firms, senior counsels, and legal experts.
- Draft, execute, and manage contracts ensuring compliance and audit readiness.
- Provide legal guidance on labor law compliance and dispute resolution across global jurisdictions.
- Support business operations with legal solutions aligned with organizational goals.
Eligibility
- LL.B or LL.M from a reputed institution.
- 10 to 14 years of experience with a reputed law firm in Delhi NCR.
- Experience in drafting pleadings, contracts, and managing court proceedings.
Salary/Stipend
Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
