Bridge Health is hiring a Legal Assistant to join their office in Bengaluru.
Role and Responsibilities
- Support the legal team by preparing and reviewing various legal documents and contracts.
- Conduct detailed legal research to support ongoing healthcare compliance and regulatory matters.
- Manage legal correspondence and maintain accurate, up-to-date record-keeping systems.
- Provide administrative assistance to ensure smooth legal operations.
- Maintain effective communication with both internal departments and external stakeholders.
- Ensure all legal processes align with organizational compliance standards.
- Assist in tracking deadlines and managing the legal department's calendar.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law or a related field is preferred.
- Solid knowledge of law and practical experience with legal document preparation.
- Strong communication skills and ability to handle interdepartmental coordination.
- Familiarity with standard legal assistant responsibilities and administrative tasks.
- Highly detail-oriented approach with strong organizational capabilities.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and consistently meet strict deadlines.
