Details of the Job/Internship

Bybit is hiring a Legal Counsel with 4+ years of experience to support its infrastructure and partnership-related legal work. The role involves reviewing and negotiating critical infrastructure contracts, advising business units on regulatory and commercial risks, conducting legal due diligence, and managing ongoing obligations under key partnership agreements.

Role and Responsibilities

• Review and negotiate critical infrastructure and B2B partnership agreements with card networks, cloud infrastructure providers, banking partners, and KYC/AML solution providers.
• Provide legal advisory support to Cards and Growth business units on regulatory and commercial risks, and propose risk-based solutions to support deal execution.
• Conduct legal due diligence on prospective infrastructure partners, focusing on representations, warranties, and service capabilities.
• Monitor ongoing obligations under infrastructure agreements and advise stakeholders on compliance responsibilities.
• Manage contract renewals, milestones, and compliance deliverables related to key partnerships.

Eligibility

• Law degree (JD, LLB, or equivalent) and licensed to practice in at least one jurisdiction.
• Minimum 4+ years of legal experience, preferably in fintech, crypto, or technology sectors.
• Proven experience in drafting and negotiating B2B infrastructure agreements.
• Experience in legal due diligence and risk allocation.
• Familiarity with cross-border legal considerations.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and commercial judgment skills.
