Cars24 is on the lookout for a dedicated Legal Counsel specializing in labor law to join their family.
Role and Responsibilities
- You'll become the go-to person for all things related to labor laws, providing invaluable advice to our HR and business teams and helping us navigate through disputes with confidence.
- Your expertise will be crucial in drafting, reviewing, and responding to legal notices, ensuring we're always a step ahead.
- Representing Cars24 in courts and interactions with law enforcement agencies will be part of your role, standing as our beacon of trust and integrity.
- You’ll lead investigations into employment issues, including sensitive POSH matters, creating a safe and respectful workplace for everyone.
Eligibility
- LLB degree.
- At least 5 years where with specific focus on labor law.
- Experience that speaks volumes about your ability to handle employment disputes and legal notices.
