Centurian Limited is hiring a Legal Counsel with 5-10 years of experience to join their office in Hyderabad. The role involves providing legal support across departments, ensuring compliance with applicable laws, and representing the company in legal matters.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft and review contracts, MoUs, NDAs, policies, and other legal documents.
- Provide legal advice to management and business departments.
- Handle disputes and legal proceedings with external counsel.
- Maintain compliance trackers and records of legal documents.
- Conduct legal audits and ensure statutory compliance.
- Assist with corporate governance, board meetings, and legal filings.
- Monitor regulatory updates and assess their impact on the business.
Eligibility
- LL.B. with 5-10 years of experience in corporate legal practice or in-house roles.
- Strong knowledge of Indian corporate, labor, commercial, and contract law.
- Proficiency in drafting and negotiating contracts and agreements.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research tools.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
