Details of the Job/Internship
Chakr Innovation is hiring a Legal Counsel with over 2 years of experience to join their office in Gurugram.
Role and Responsibilities
- Provide legal advice across corporate, employment, IP, regulatory, and criminal law matters.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements.
- Conduct legal research to support business decisions.
- File and manage civil and criminal complaints when required.
- Identify and mitigate legal risks in coordination with other departments.
- Oversee external legal counsel engagements.
- Liaise with authorities and regulators to ensure compliance.
- Stay updated on applicable laws and regulatory changes.
- Assist in shaping internal company policies and procedures.
Eligibility
- Minimum 2 years of experience in corporate law, preferably in a law firm or in-house role.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work both independently and within a team.
- Excellent legal analysis and problem-solving abilities.
