Details of the Job/Internship

ChargeZone is hiring a Legal Counsel with experience of 5–7 years to support ChargeZone and Billion-E’s expanding EV operations in Vadodara. The role requires a hands-on legal professional with strong expertise in commercial contracting and regulatory matters, who can provide practical legal advice aligned with business objectives.

Role and Responsibilities

• Support ChargeZone and Billion-E’s expanding EV operations from a legal perspective.
• Handle commercial contracting matters.
• Advise on regulatory compliance and related legal issues.
• Provide practical legal advice aligned with business needs and growth objectives.

Eligibility

• 5–7 years of experience as a Legal Counsel.
• Strong experience in commercial contracting.
• Strong regulatory experience.
• Growth mindset with the ability to provide practical, business-aligned legal advice.

Salary/Stipend
