Details of the Job/Internship

Check Point Software Technologies is hiring a Legal Counsel with at least 5 years of relevant experience to join their Legal Team and support APAC operations.

Role and Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the contracting cycle for sales, procurement, and other agreements.
• Draft, review, and negotiate standard and customer-specific contracts with distributors, vendors, and partners.
• Advise local business leaders on legal risks and issues related to sales, purchasing, HR, product, and corporate matters.
• Collaborate on dispute resolution and ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

Eligibility

• Qualified and licensed lawyer with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
• Strong understanding of contract terms for product and software sales.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Proficient in MS Word and Excel.
• Strong contract drafting and negotiation abilities.
• Prior experience advising technology companies preferred.
• Exposure to multiple APAC jurisdictions such as ANZ, Greater China, South-East Asia, Japan, or Korea is an advantage.

Salary/Stipend
