Details of the Job/Internship

CLEW Pouches is hiring a Legal Counsel with experience of 3–10 years to join their office in New Delhi. This is a full-time on-site role where the Legal Counsel will handle legal document preparation, ensure regulatory compliance, and manage the organisation’s legal affairs.

Role and Responsibilities

• Provide sound legal counsel, strategic advice, and practical risk-based solutions to business stakeholders.
• Draft, review, negotiate, and manage complex commercial agreements and other legal documentation.
• Handle legal compliance, regulatory advisory, litigation management, and overall legal affairs to ensure adherence to applicable laws and regulatory frameworks.
• Manage contracts, dispute resolution, litigation strategy, and compliance frameworks while aligning legal strategy with business objectives.
• Address complex legal and regulatory issues through strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Handle multiple legal assignments simultaneously with a high level of attention to detail, professional judgment, and confidentiality.
• Work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment and remain responsive to business needs beyond conventional working hours when required.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Law with relevant professional certifications, registrations, or licences as required.
• Strong academic background with consistent academic performance and a solid foundation in legal principles.
• Candidates should possess 3–10 years of relevant professional experience in legal advisory, contracts, litigation, and compliance within regulated or corporate environments.
• Experience working across regulated sectors, including real estate, manufacturing, and other compliance-intensive industries, with an understanding of sector-specific regulatory requirements.
• Experience in regulated product sectors is considered an advantage.
