Details of the Job/Internship

ClickOut Media is hiring a Legal Counsel to draft, review and negotiate commercial contracts while advising internal teams on corporate, employment and data protection matters across multiple jurisdictions. The role also involves monitoring regulatory developments, supporting M&A and restructuring projects, protecting the brand online and collaborating with external counsel.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft, review and negotiate commercial contracts, including service agreements, marketing agreements, partnerships, NDAs and asset purchase agreements.
• Advise on corporate matters across jurisdictions, including commercial law, employment law and data protection compliance.
• Research and monitor regulatory developments and advise stakeholders on required business changes.
• Support corporate, M&A and restructuring projects, including due diligence and transaction execution.
• Support brand protection through online monitoring and DMCA takedowns.
• Liaise with external counsel and provide proactive support to internal teams.

Eligibility

• Degree in Law (EU/UK).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in iGaming, affiliate marketing or crypto, with strong experience in contract negotiation and regulatory compliance.
• Strong knowledge of corporate, commercial and contract law.
• Experience in employment law and data protection is an asset.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and provide pragmatic, business-focused legal advice.
• Detail-oriented, organised and able to manage multiple complex matters.
• Collaborative team player with a solution-driven approach.

Salary/Stipend
