Details of the Job/Internship

CNH India Technology Center is hiring a Legal Counsel with experience of 5-15 years to join their office in Gurugram.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft and vet legal pleadings, communications, and notices.
• Draft, vet, and negotiate contracts.

Eligibility

• Law Graduate (LL.B / LL.M).
• Company Secretary qualification is an added advantage.
• Minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience (2-3 years in court practice).
• Maximum 10-15 years of experience in a corporate legal department.
• Knowledge of penal law, criminal and civil procedure law, contract law, legal metrology, employment law, property law, media and advertisement law.
• Knowledge of IBC, data privacy law, and competition law is preferred.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
