Details of the Job/Internship

Concentrix is hiring a Legal Counsel with 15+ years of experience in employment law and litigation to join their office in Gurugram.

Role and Responsibilities

• Provide advice on employment laws, including updates and amendments.
• Handle employment-related cases and manage outside counsel as necessary.
• Coordinate with government officials on legal compliance issues.
• Represent the organization in courts, tribunals, and with law enforcement agencies.
• Manage disputes, employee litigation, and legal notices.
• Support audits and ensure legal and statutory compliance.
• Advise stakeholders on compliance issues and implement remediation.
• Coordinate with internal teams for the implementation of new laws and policies.

Eligibility

• 15+ years of experience managing employment law and litigation matters with multinational employers.
• Law degree and licensed to practice law in India or a common law jurisdiction.
• Experience dealing with law enforcement authorities, agencies, tribunals, courts, and offices.
• Proven track record of building strong stakeholder relationships.
• Strong internal client-facing, communication, negotiation, and conflict management skills.
• Analytical skills with ability to streamline complex processes.
• Knowledge of recent changes in labor laws, compliances, and statutory norms.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Experience working with senior management on complex legal issues.

Salary/Stipend
