Details of the Job/Internship
Contract Bazaar is hiring a Legal Counsel with 3–4 years of experience to join its office in Noida.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate service agreements, vendor contracts, NDAs, and client agreements.
- Provide legal advice on corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and risk management.
- Ensure adherence to applicable laws and regulations.
- Assist in disputes, litigation, and arbitration matters.
- Conduct legal research to support business decisions and policy formation.
- Collaborate with internal teams to assess risks and provide proactive legal solutions.
- Stay updated with developments in commercial and contract law.
- Work with external legal advisors when required.
- Perform quality checks on work completed by junior associates.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law (LLB/LLM).
- 3–4 years of experience in corporate law, contract management, or related fields.
- Strong knowledge of commercial and contract law with regulatory awareness.
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Prior experience in the legal services industry or a corporate legal department preferred.
