Details of the Job/Internship
Contract Bazaar is hiring a Legal Counsel with 2–4 years of experience to join their on-site office in Noida.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, including service agreements, vendor contracts, NDAs, and client agreements.
- Provide legal advice on corporate governance, compliance, and risk management.
- Ensure adherence to all applicable business laws and regulations.
- Handle legal disputes, litigation, and arbitration matters.
- Conduct legal research to support decisions and policy-making.
- Collaborate with internal teams to assess legal risks and provide solutions.
- Stay current with developments in commercial and contract law.
- Liaise with external legal advisors as needed.
- Conduct quality checks on legal work done by junior associates.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law (LLB/LLM) from a recognized institution.
- 2–4 years of experience in corporate law, contract management, or related fields.
- Strong knowledge of commercial and contract law.
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
- Prior experience in legal services or a corporate legal department is preferred.
