Details of the Job/Internship

Contract Bazaar is hiring for the position of Legal Counsel with 2-4 yearsof experience to join their office in Noida.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of legal documents including service agreements, client contracts, vendor agreements, and NDAs.
• Advise internal stakeholders on matters related to corporate governance, regulatory requirements, and risk management.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations affecting business operations.
• Assist in managing litigation, arbitration, and dispute resolution matters in coordination with external counsel.
• Conduct legal research and provide recommendations to support strategic business decisions.
• Partner with internal teams (e.g., operations, finance, HR) to identify legal risks and implement preventive solutions.
• Keep abreast of legal and regulatory developments, particularly in commercial and contract law.
• Liaise with and coordinate work involving external legal advisors when necessary.
• Review and perform quality checks on legal work completed by junior team members to ensure consistency and compliance.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law (LLB/LLM) from a recognized university.
• 2–4 years of post-qualification experience in corporate law, contract management, or a related legal domain.
• Strong command over commercial and contract law, along with a good understanding of regulatory frameworks.
• Excellent legal drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Ability to independently manage workload and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills; team player with a collaborative mindset.
• Prior experience in a legal-tech firm, corporate legal department, or law firm will be an added advantage.

Salary/Stipend
