Details of the Job/Internship

Contract Bazaar is hiring a Legal Counsel for an onsite role based in Noida, Uttar Pradesh. The position involves handling client queries, drafting and reviewing agreements, ensuring legal and regulatory compliance, and supporting internal legal operations, including guidance to junior team members.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft and review agreements, including NDAs, employment contracts, service contracts, and internal policies.
• Provide legal advice and manage client communications.
• Vet internal and external documents for legal risks and compliance.
• Support and guide junior team members.
• Manage multiple legal matters and adhere to deadlines.

Eligibility

• LL.B. degree.
• LL.M. is preferred.
• 3–4 years of experience in corporate law and contracts.
• Strong drafting, reviewing, and communication skills.
• Experience working with MSMEs or startups is an added advantage.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
