Contract Bazaar is hiring a Legal Counsel with 3-4 years of experience to join their office in Noida.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of contracts including service agreements, vendor contracts, NDAs, and client agreements.
- Provide legal advice on corporate governance, compliance, and risk management.
- Ensure adherence to applicable laws and regulations impacting business operations.
- Support dispute resolution, litigation, and arbitration when required.
- Conduct in-depth legal research to guide business decisions and policy development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify risks and deliver practical legal solutions.
- Stay updated on legal and regulatory developments, especially in commercial and contract law.
- Liaise with external counsel when necessary.
- Perform quality assurance checks on legal deliverables prepared by junior associates.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law (LLB/LLM) from a recognized institution.
- 3–4 years’ experience in corporate law, contract management, or related areas.
- Strong command of commercial law, contract law, and regulatory frameworks.
- Proven expertise in drafting, negotiation, and risk analysis.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication, research, and interpersonal skills.
- Prior experience in a legal services firm or corporate legal department preferred.
