Details of the Job/Internship

Contract Bazar is looking for a candidate for the position of Legal Counsel with 4 years of experience to join them at their office in Noida.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft & review agreements (NDA, employment, service contracts, policies) and other commercial agreement. 
• Provide legal advice and handle client communication.
• Vet internal/external documents for risks & compliance.
• Support and guide junior team members.
• Manage multiple matters and meet deadlines.

Eligibility

• LL.B. (LL.M. preferred).
• 4 years of experience in corporate law / contracts.
• Strong drafting, reviewing & communication skills.
• Experience working with MSMEs/startups is a plus.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
